Welcome to EVIA Psychological counselling. These Terms of Use outline the rules for using my website and booking services with me. By using this site, creating an account, or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
EVIA Psychological counselling provides psychological counselling (under supervision), available for booking online. Services are delivered by EVIA Psihološko svetovanje, Eva Pavlin, s.p.
2. Booking and Payment

Sessions can be booked and paid for online via the booking system, or booked over the phone or email and paid for via bank transfer.

You may create an account to save your details for quicker future bookings.

Payment is required at the time of booking online.

Prices for services are clearly displayed on the website and may change over time.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your session, or in case of an emergency, as soon as possible.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and not in a case of emergency or no-shows will be charged in full.

If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will inform you as soon as possible, and you will not be charged for the session in case of cancellation.
4. Use of the Website
By using this website, you agree to:

Use it only for lawful purposes.

Not interfere with, damage, or disrupt the site or its security.

Not attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
5. Confidentiality and Limitations

I am committed to maintaining confidentiality in therapy sessions, and all online 1:1 and group audio and video calls on the Google Meet app are end-to-end encrypted and private to all the people involved in the call.

The website and its content are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for emergency psychiatric or medical care.

If you are in crisis or require urgent help, please contact emergency services immediately.
6. Disclaimer of Guarantees
Therapy is a supportive and collaborative process, but results cannot be guaranteed. The responsibility for progress lies within the client’s own commitment and participation.
I am committed to following the Code of Ethics of the Slovenian Association for Psychotherapy and the Code of Professional Ethics for Psychologists of Slovenia.
7. Intellectual Property
All text, content, images, and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Evia Therapy. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.
8. GDPR and Privacy
Your use of this website and services is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected under GDPR.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
