EVIA Psihološko svetovanje, Eva Pavlin, s.p. collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with psychotherapy and counselling services for the following purposes:

• contacting clients,

• scheduling sessions,

• keeping records of services provided,

• preparing and storing signed documents,

• providing access to questionnaires and therapy-related materials,

• issuing invoices and enabling online payments.

We process personal data on the basis of:

• your explicit consent,

• the Therapy process agreement,

• our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and legality of our operations.

We may collect and process the following data:

• full name,

• contact details (email, phone number, address),

• data you provide in questionnaires,

• session and order history,

• billing details.

Sensitive data disclosed during therapy sessions is treated strictly confidentially, stored separately, and never shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law (as per the Therapy process agreement).

We store your data as follows:

• contact data: for the duration of the therapeutic relationship and up to 5 years after termination,

• legally required documentation (e.g. invoices): in accordance with tax legislation,

• questionnaires and forms: for the duration of the therapeutic process and up to 5 years after termination, unless you request earlier deletion.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your data,

• request correction,

• request deletion (“right to be forgotten”),

• restrict processing,

• object to processing,

• data portability.

In case of violations, you may file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Zaloška cesta 59, 1000 Ljubljana, https://www.ip-rs.si).

5. Technical and Organisational Measures

We protect your personal data through:

• password-protected and encrypted access,

• data backups,

• contractual agreements with service providers acting as data processors,

• access strictly limited to authorised persons.
