Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the appointment by contacting me. You cannot cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before the appointment. If you choose to do so, you will be charged the full price, except in exceptional circumstances. In the event of illness or injury (exceptional circumstances), please contact me as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment.
